  • What Services Do You Offer?

  • How Do I Book?

    Our complete list of services is available on the Home page and Inventory page. After selecting your castle, please submit the inquiry form with your event details. We will review your order, confirm availability, and prepare a final event summary. Once you receive the invoice and have confirmed that all details are correct, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date, time, and castle reservation.

  • Is Delivery Included in Your Rental?

    We deliver for free within 30 miles from our home base out of Lilburn, GA. Any additional mile is $1/mile and is added to your invoice. We are willing to travel to ensure you can celebrate with us!

  • Is Face Paint Allowed?

    To preserve the luxury and pristine condition of our bounce houses, we do not service events with face painting.

    *temporary tattoos are a fun and clean alternative, allowing you to enjoy your castle rental without compromising on style or cleanliness.

  • What is your Cancellation Policy?

    We have a 25% non-refundable deposit due at the time of booking to secure your date, time, and castle. If you need to cancel your event, you will receive the rest of your payment in full if cancelled no later than 7 days prior to your event. If you decide to cancel your event after this time, you will be able to use your full credit for a future rental within one calendar year. exceptions for bad weather

  • What happens with Inclement Weather?

    The bounce house rental will be cancelled for inclement weather if you are unable to move the rental indoors. (We will make a decision (by 6am) on the day your event or the night before (by 9pm) depending on the time of your event).

    You will be able to reschedule your rental within one calendar year or receive reimbursement (deposit can be used toward any future rental). Inflatables must be deflated when winds reach 15mph without exception. Once inflatables are set up, there will be no refund or credit for inclement weather applied.

    *We reserve the right to cancel if we feel there is any danger to our customers or staff due to weather.

Customer Service: We are reliable and work hard to ensure your event set up and styling are executed well. We are family-owned and pride ourself on service excellence. We will do our best to make sure everything is taken care of, booked appropriately, and communication is clear surrounding your event.

Delivery & Pick Up: We deliver for free within 30 miles of our warehouse (Lilburn, GA). Delivery fee of 1$ for each additional mile will be applied outside the boundary. We will coordinate the best time to ensure delivery/set up prior to your event.

Cleanliness : We clean & sanitize before & after each event to ensure it is clean, beautiful, and safe for use.

Safety First Standard: Our safety protocol includes a comprehensive rental checklist to verify that all components are intact, properly packed, delivered, and set up in accordance with established safety standards. We use extra-long, high-quality stakes and commercial-grade sandbags to provide additional weight and durability, ensuring your rental remains secure and safe throughout the duration of your event.

Terms of Use Summary:

Rain/Weather: Safety is our biggest priority on the day of your event. We will need to cancel your rentals for inclement weather if you are unable to move the rental indoors. We will work closely with you and can relocate to an indoor option if available and if the location is within our delivery availability. We will keep track of the weather throughout the days leading up to your event and reach out with coordination. We typically make a decision 12-24 hours ahead of time depending on the time of your event. You will be able to reschedule your rental within one calendar year or receive full reimbursement (deposit can be used toward any future rental). Inflatables must be deflated when winds reach 15mph without exception. Once inflatables are set up, there will be no refund or credit for inclement weather applied.

Bounce House Rules/ Security Deposit: No shoes, food, drinks, face paint, confetti, gender reveal powder, pens/markers/paint/etc allowed on the bounce house due to possibility for staining, ripping or additional damage. There is a $50 cleaning fee applied to each rental if returned with damage due to negligence of above rules. Each bounce house is inspected for damage beyond typical wear/tear from use (This is left up to the discretion of our team.)

What you’ll need: Enough space to set up your rental. We can set up on grass, turf, asphalt, concrete, pavers, or any indoor venue/home. We cannot set up on rocks, gravel, or dirt. Access to an outlet is required (within 100ft).
